Farr West Justice Court Information

The Farr West Justice Court has jurisdiction over misdemeanor charges at the class C and class B levels, in cases occurring within the borders of Farr West, Utah. Cases commonly heard in the justice courts include drug possession (marijuana), DUI, domestic violence, shoplifting, possession of alcohol by a minor, and a variety of traffic-related offenses.
